Spanish is my primary language, so when I speak English, I use translators to communicate better. But don't worry! Even though I don't speak other languages, I have no problem working on projects that are not in Spanish.

I have dyslexia, so sometimes I may have difficulty noticing spelling or reading errors. I kindly ask you to review any text or document you send me and to let me know if I make any mistakes.

I do not respond to messages on weekends, unless your commission is due on those days; then I will be available.

Even though I don't respond to messages on weekends, that doesn't mean I'm not working! I ask for a little patience until Monday. Thank you for your understanding!

Please give me the appropriate credit on any platform where you upload my work.

All prices already include commercial use.

The commission will be placed on a waiting list once payment has been made via PayPal invoice.

If you want a refund and I have not started the commission, you will not be refunded 100% of what you have sent, but 70% of the payment you have made (excluding commission).

Once the commission has started, no refunds will be made.

The only way a refund can be given is if I encounter an issue that prevents me from continuing to work.

Please be respectful and patient. Remember that there may be customers ahead of you, as there is usually a waiting list. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.

Although I don't like the final work to be edited and it's something I would personally prefer not to have done, there may be an exception if you need to make a minor change that does not affect the aesthetics of the video, but please don't forget to ask first.

I do not deliver assets/materials that are part of the commission, as most of them are paid items.

I do not deliver the source file for the project. If you want any changes, please ask me, and I will make the necessary adjustments so that you are satisfied with the work I am delivering.

I WILL NOT START ANY TYPE OF COMMISSION IF THE MATERIAL IS NOT DELIVERED IN FULL.

In the case of covers, the only way I can consider working without the final mix is if you provide me with a demo, as long as the timing is exactly the same, as this can affect the video process. If adding the final audio causes complications and requires extreme modifications, there will be an extra charge.

If you have a specific idea of what you would like, please do not hesitate to let me know. You can send me references/images/videos so that there are no problems, as I am not responsible for any lack of detail in your order if you are not clear about what you want from the outset.

Once I start working on your commission, I will keep you informed.

Although I don't usually send progress updates on my own initiative, feel free to ask me about it throughout the process and let me know if you would like me to make any changes as I send you the images.

Once your commission is complete, I will send you the first demo of the full video. At that point, you can ask me for any changes you want.

Please note that each type of commission includes a limited number of revisions; if that limit is exceeded, an additional fee will apply. Be sure to let me know all the changes you want before reaching the maximum number of revisions!

Extreme changes to the aesthetics or settings will also incur an extra charge, which is why I ask at the beginning if you have specific ideas about what you would like me to do.

Be sure to let me know in which file format you would like me to deliver the finished commission.

Once all changes have been approved and the finished commission has been delivered in 1080p quality, any subsequent changes will incur an extra charge (unless the error is on my part, in which case it will not count as a change).

Any content created by me (logo animation, loops, animated backgrounds, thumbnails, etc.) will incur an extra charge if you want it separately.

If you are in a hurry or have a specific date when you need any type of commission in less than a week, an extra charge of 100% of the price will be added, so please let me know if you are in a hurry before paying me so that I can let you know if I can do your order.

I reserve the right to cancel or decline the commission if I do not feel comfortable or if the project proves to be problematic in any way.

Por favor se respetuoso y paciente, recuerda que puede haber clientes antes que tú ya que suele haber lista de espera, si tienes dudas puedes preguntarme al respecto.

Si bien no me gusta que editen el trabajo final y es algo que preferiría que no se hiciera en lo personal, puede haber una excepción si necesitas hacer algún cambio diminuto en donde no se afecte la estética del video, pero por favor no olvides preguntar primero.

No hago entrega de assets/materiales que se encuentren dentro de la comisión ya que la mayoría de ellos son objetos de pago.

No hago entrega del archivo fuente del proyecto, si quieres algún cambio, pidemelo, yo estaré haciendo los arreglos necesarios para que quedes satisfecho con el trabajo que te estoy entregando.

NO COMENZARÉ NINGÚN TIPO DE COMISIÓN SI EL MATERIAL NO ESTÁ ENTREGADO COMPLETAMENTE.

En caso de los covers la única manera en que puedo considerar trabajar sin el mix final es si me entregan un demo, siempre y cuando el tiempo sea exactamente el mismo, ya que puede perjudicar en el proceso del video. Si al agregar el audio final tiene esas complicaciones y toca hacer modificaciones extremas, este tendrá un cargo extra.

Si tienes una idea específica de lo que te gustaría por favor no dudes en avisarme, puedes mandarme referencias/imágenes/videos para así no tener ningún tipo de inconveniente ya que no me hago responsable de la falta de detalles en tu pedido si no eres claro con lo que quieres al principio.

Una vez que inicie con tu comisión te estaré avisando.

Si bien no suelo mandar avances por mi misma, no dudes en preguntarme por ello durante todo el proceso y siéntete libre de decirme si te gustaría que realice algún cambio mientras te muestro las imágenes que voy mandando.

Una vez finalizada tu comisión, te enviaré el primer demo del video completo. En ese momento podrás pedirme todos los cambios que desees.

Ten en cuenta que cada tipo de comisión incluye una cantidad limitada de revisiones; si se supera ese límite, se aplicará un cargo adicional. ¡Asegúrate de indicarme todos los cambios que quieras antes de llegar al máximo de revisiones!

Los cambios muy extremos de estética o de escenarios también tendrán cobro extra, ya que por eso pregunto al inicio si tienes ideas específicas de lo que te gustaría que realizara.

Asegúrate de decirme en que archivo te gustaría que entregará la comisión finalizada.

Una vez aprobados todos los cambios y entregada la comisión finalizada en calidad 1080p, todos los cambios posteriores tendrán cargo extra (si hay un error de parte mío no contará como cambio).

Todo contenido realizado por mi (animación de logo, loops, fondos animados, miniaturas, etc) si lo quieres por separado tendrá un cargo extra.

Si tienes prisa o alguna fecha en específico en donde se necesite en menos de una semana cualquier tipo de comisión, se añadirá un extra al precio que es 100% más del valor, así que por favor dime si tienes prisa antes de pagarme para saber si puedo hacer tu encargo.

Me reservo el derecho de cancelar o declinar la comisión si no me siento cómoda o si el proyecto resulta problemático de alguna manera.

El peso argentino se tomara al valor del dólar oficial que se encuentra en la pagina en dolarhoy.com

Esto también incluye a las comisiones como overlays, transiciones, pantallas de espera, trailers, paquetes, etc.

El método de pago es por trasnferencia bancaria o mercado pago.
